Description
Double Cut-Out Pro glass cut-out kit — one-man operation with dual adjustment. The kit has adjustable reels whose angle can be changed, ensuring a steady pull on the wire. The double suction cups hold a steady pull without the cups shifting.
60 % of all glass replacements: the system is mounted in the middle of the glass, then the left and right sides are cut from the 2 reels.
The remaining 40 %: the system is mounted on one side and moved to the opposite side. Trucks may need up to 3 repositionings depending on the model.
Counter-hold included: while winding on one reel, the wire is tensioned and released on the other — the wire can be used many times without snapping.
Used with fibre line or steel wire. The adjustment ensures the correct wire angle and room for the cordless drill.
Included: 50 m square wire and 100 m fibre line. A cordless drill machine can be used.
Working time: approx. 10 min. per window.
